One of the best aspects of gardening with native plants is that you are continually learning new ideas and finding new ways to create a more sustainable and diverse wildlife habitat.
This get-together will be an informal gathering to discuss what’s working and not working in our native plant landscapes, including heat- and drought-related issues, new tools or techniques you have discovered, which plants draw the most pollinators, ID questions you might have, and anything else you would like to share with our group.
Directions & Parking : See the campus map below. The closest parking lots are Lot #4 and Lot #5. The latter is easy to spot below the mural of two ospreys on the side of the Athletic Center. Our classroom is on the first floor of the Unified Science Center, the same room we used last spring.
