Several years have passed since the Walpugis Night incident and several bizarre serial murder cases have occured in the metropolitan area. Dead bodies of couples are discovered murdered during sexual intercourse. The women didn't have any external injuries, but the men were completely burned and carbonized except one part... their genitals. To solve these bizarre incidents, a special detective team called "Tokken" is deployed. Included amongst the members of Tokken is Imari who had experienced the events of Walpugis Night. While investigating the incident, they found a mysterious phrase, "Spear of Longinus," and a strange cult group that is related to the incidents.

Where it came from
Bible Black: New Testament was produced by Milky Animation Label and released in 2004 as a direct continuation of the controversial adult animation franchise that first gained notoriety in the late 1990s. This installment served as a sequel to the original series, further expanding upon the dark, supernatural occult themes and the distinctive aesthetic that defined the studio's output during the early 2000s.
The visual design and narrative tone of the New Testament OVA were crafted to maintain the franchise's reputation for high-contrast, edgy animation within the adult genre. While the series achieved a specific cult status among consumers of niche adult animation for its stylized character designs and atmospheric storytelling, it remained a polarizing subject of critical discussion regarding its heavy reliance on transgressive subject matter and dark fantasy tropes.
