Fanren Xiu Xian Zhuan: Fanren Feng Qi Tian Nan Chongzhi Ban

Fanren Xiu Xian Zhuan: Fanren Feng Qi Tian Nan Chongzhi Ban, or A Record of a Mortal's Journey to Immortality: The Remastered Edition, serves as a high-fidelity visual update to the initial arc of the seminal 3D animation series based on Wang Yu's long-running web novel. Produced by Bilibili and animated by Original Force, the remaster was commissioned to align the visual quality of the early episodes with the advanced motion-capture and lighting techniques implemented in later seasons, ensuring a cohesive aesthetic experience for audiences as the franchise gained mainstream popularity in China.

The design philosophy behind the remaster focused on refining character expressions and environmental textures to better reflect the gritty, cultivation-focused world described in the original text. By re-rendering the foundational narrative arc, the production team aimed to solidify the series' reputation for technical excellence within the domestic 3D animation industry. Upon its release, the project was received as a standard-setting example of how technical updates can modernize legacy content to maintain narrative continuity and visual appeal.
