Based on the erotic doujin game by Enokippu (えのきっぷ).
One night in a merchant's mansion, a kunoichi (female ninja) named Yasuzu is violated by a group of men under the effect of "Aura of Ogre", called "Demi-Ogre". Although she had kept her virginity, the Demi-Ogres keeps sexually tormenting Yasuzu. Now the only thing Yasuzu can think about is her senior kunoichi Botan who she has longed for.
At that time, Botan is sneaking into the merchant's mansion. Together with two of "herselves" which she created by her signature art of ninja "Kagebunshin", she beats watchmen down. There comes, however, the merchant carrying Yasuzu who has totally been screwed up. Botan and two of herselves get caught by Demi-Ogres in an off-guard moment...

Where it came from
Kunoichi Botan was released in 2018 as an original video animation produced by the studio Selfish. The title falls within the niche adult animation genre, emerging from a period in which independent studios focused on producing short-form, self-contained narratives designed for direct-to-video distribution. These productions typically favored distinct character archetypes and stylized animation techniques to carve out space within a competitive market of domestic and international enthusiast demographics.
The character design and visual direction for the project were crafted to emphasize a blend of traditional ninja motifs with contemporary aesthetic sensibilities prevalent in late 2010s independent adult animation. While the title functions primarily as a character-driven vignette, the production represents the studio's broader efforts to streamline narrative arcs into concise, visually focused installments. Upon release, it was received primarily by enthusiasts of the genre, serving as a representative example of the studio's technical output during that specific development cycle.
