My name is Shimohei Joutarou. There is a reason that I'm here, at my new place of work, despite the fact that the school year hasn't started.
On that first day, I almost immediately came across Mitsuki's and Minami's secret. I then heard about Mahiru, younger sister of Classics teacher Kuji Hinako, and the astonishing improvement of her grades. I then discover indications of Hinako's backdoor maneuverings.
Now, it is up to me to rehabilitate these students who break the rules.

Where it came from
Oshioki: Gakuen Reijou Kousei Keikaku was produced by MS Pictures and released in 2011 as an original video animation (OVA). It emerged during a period where independent adult-oriented studios were frequently adapting niche erotic manga and light novel concepts for the direct-to-video market. The production focuses on themes common to the 'academy' genre prevalent in Japanese animation of the early 2010s, centering on stylized portrayals of institutional disciplinary settings.
The animation and character designs were executed with the functional, utilitarian aesthetic characteristic of low-budget adult OVAs from that era. Because these titles were produced for a specific, narrow segment of the collector market, there is little historical documentation regarding the individual artists or the critical reception beyond niche enthusiast circles. It remains an example of the studio's output during a time when short-form digital releases were the standard distribution method for such content.
