The erotic game by Cosmos was released after the release of these 3 OVAs.
Milky-chan is tasked with caring for her shut-in male friend while his mother is out of town. Feeling she's the only one who really understands him anyway, she accepts the job happily. When he won't come down for lunch, though, she goes up to his room and catches him masturbating to some hentai. Then she finds a book about having sex with women, so she volunteers herself so he can learn and experience the real thing – but it's not complete until she puts on a costume!

Where it came from
PeroPero☆Teacher was released in 2014 as an original video animation produced by Studio Cosmos. It emerged during a period when the studio was navigating the niche market of adult-oriented animation, drawing upon tropes common to the genre at the time. The project served as a standalone venture within the studio's broader portfolio of episodic releases, reflecting the stylistic trends of mid-2010s independent studio productions.
The production sought to balance character-driven narrative with the specific aesthetic expectations of the fan base the studio served. As an independent OVA, it did not receive widespread critical coverage in mainstream media, instead finding its audience primarily through domestic physical media distribution and specialty import markets. Its visual design remains consistent with the studio's house style from that era, focusing on expressive character models intended to cater to the conventions of the medium.
