Pokémon Horizons: The Series premiered in 2023 as the first major shift in the long-running Pokémon anime franchise following the conclusion of Ash Ketchum's story. Produced by OLM, the series was designed to breathe new life into the television adaptation by introducing original protagonists Liko and Roy. This transition marked a departure from the episodic journey format, shifting toward a more serialized narrative focused on the mysterious pendant and the explorers known as the Rising Volt Tacklers.
