Thanks to the Fruit of Evolution, Seiichi Hiiragi's amazing new life in another world allows him to meet dependable allies and create formidable spells. His abilities catch the attention of Barnabus Ablitt, the principal of the Barbador Academy of Magic, who invites Seiichi to become a teacher at the institution. Coincidentally, Seiichi's classmates from Earth are enrolled there, which will lead to an awkward reunion if he is to meet them.
Behind the scenes, however, an enigmatic cult called The Great Devil Order devises a sinister scheme to resurrect their deity and sacrifice the students of Barbador to hasten the process. As Seiichi's power is second to none, it is up to him to protect not only his friends but also the entire world from the looming darkness.

Where it came from
The Fruit of Evolution: Before I Knew It, My Life Had It Made is an isekai light novel series written by Miku that was adapted into a televised anime. While the first season was produced by studios feel. and Children's Playground Entertainment, the second season, titled Before I Knew It, My Life Had It Made, saw a shift in production to studio Hotline. Premiering in 2023, the season continued the narrative of Seiichi Hiiragi as he navigates a fantasy world after being transported from his school.
The transition to studio Hotline for the second season represented a change in the aesthetic and production oversight of the series. As a representative of the crowded isekai genre, the anime focuses on progression-based storytelling and comedy. The design approach during this production shift aimed to maintain continuity with the established character designs of the source material while continuing the lighthearted, power-fantasy tone that defines the franchise.
