Andean Cock-of-the-rock

The Andean Cock-of-the-rock, classified as Rupicola peruvianus, is a species native to the cloud forests of the Andes in South America. It is widely recognized for the male's brilliant scarlet plumage and a unique, fan-shaped crest that partially obscures its bill.
