Masked Trogon

The Masked Trogon, scientifically classified as Trogon personatus, is a member of the Trogonidae family native to the humid montane forests of the Andes and the mountains of Venezuela. It was first described by the English naturalist John Gould in 1842, who contributed extensively to the ornithological literature of the 19th century.
