Osprey

The osprey, Pandion haliaetus, is a specialized bird of prey that has evolved over millions of years to become a highly efficient piscivore. Unlike other raptors, the osprey possesses a reversible outer toe that allows it to grasp slippery fish with a unique two-to-two grip, supported by sharp, curved talons.
