Rufous-gorgeted Flycatcher

The Rufous-gorgeted Flycatcher, Ficedula strophiata, is a passerine bird native to the Himalayan region and parts of Southeast Asia. It was formally described by the naturalist Brian Houghton Hodgson in the mid-19th century during his extensive biological surveys of Nepal.
