Siberian Accentor

The Siberian accentor (Prunella montanella) is a small passerine bird that breeds across the northern taiga of Russia and Siberia. Primarily a migrant, it evolved its distinct, inconspicuous plumage—featuring a bold yellow supercilium and dark crown—as a survival mechanism within dense coniferous forests.
