Yellow-rumped Munia

The Yellow-rumped Munia, scientifically classified as Lonchura flaviprymna, is a small estrildid finch endemic to the tropical regions of northern Australia. Ornithologically categorized within the family Estrildidae, the species occupies a distinct ecological niche in savanna woodlands and grassy wetlands.
