Graysons Art Club

Grayson's Art Club was published in 2022 by the Bristol Museums & Art Gallery to coincide with the exhibition of the same name. The project originated from the widely viewed television series Grayson's Art Club, which aired during the COVID-19 lockdowns in the United Kingdom. Designed as an extension of the show's inclusive ethos, the publication serves as a curated retrospective of the thousands of artworks submitted by the public during the series, reflecting Perry's goal of demystifying the creative process and fostering community engagement during a period of national isolation.

The design of the volume mirrors Perry's signature aesthetic, blending populist accessibility with an appreciation for diverse artistic expression. By showcasing the works of amateurs alongside established artists, the book functions as a social document of the pandemic era. Upon its release, it was received as a heartfelt continuation of the program’s mission to validate everyday creativity, garnering praise for its candid look at how individuals used art as a therapeutic tool during challenging times.
