Beyblade X #6

Beyblade X #6 is a installment in the monthly manga series published in Shogakukan's Bessatsu CoroCoro Comic, which began serialization in 2023. This series serves as the narrative accompaniment to the fourth generation of the Beyblade toy line, developed through a collaboration between Takara Tomy and OLM. The manga is written by Homura Kawamoto and Hikaru Muno, with illustration by Posuka Demizu, the latter of whom is widely recognized for her distinct artistic style in The Promised Neverland. The creative team aimed to establish a darker, more competitive tone for this generation, focusing on the professional 'X-Zone' sport.

The reception of the Beyblade X manga has been positive, particularly for its dynamic paneling and its ability to ground the high-octane toy battles in a structured, professional sports narrative. Posuka Demizu’s character designs lean into sharp, modern aesthetics, intentionally moving away from the softer, toy-centric visuals of previous iterations. Issue #6 continues this trajectory, developing the character arcs of Jaxon Cross and the X-Celerators as they navigate the rigorous world of professional blading, cementing the series as a pivotal component of the franchise's current multimedia strategy.
