Buck Rogers in the 25th Century #14

Buck Rogers in the 25th Century #14 was published by TSR in 1990 as part of a tie-in comic series based on the popular science fiction franchise. This series emerged during a period of renewed interest in the character, fueled by the late 1980s television reboot and TSR's parallel efforts to adapt the intellectual property into a tabletop role-playing game setting. The comics aimed to provide a serialized narrative that bridged the gap between classic space opera tropes and the expanded lore established in the gaming sourcebooks.

The creative direction for this series leaned heavily into the established aesthetic of 25th-century pulp adventure, often utilizing a mix of seasoned industry artists to maintain a consistent visual tone. While the Buck Rogers franchise is a cornerstone of American science fiction history, this specific run of comics is primarily remembered by collectors as a transitional piece of media that expanded the character's narrative scope within the broader TSR multiverse during the early 1990s.
