Dance in the Vampire Bund: Age of Scarlet Order #17

Dance in the Vampire Bund: Age of Scarlet Order serves as the latest expansion of Nozomu Tamaki’s long-running dark fantasy franchise. The series, which debuted in 2005, originally centered on the political and supernatural struggles of Mina Tepes, the queen of all vampires. This specific iteration continues the narrative expansion of the series, published within the landscape of modern seinen manga, focusing on the complex power dynamics and existential threats facing the vampire community.

Nozomu Tamaki’s signature aesthetic remains consistent throughout the series, characterized by high-contrast ink work and a blend of gothic horror motifs with contemporary action tropes. Issue 17 maintains the series' commitment to dense lore and character-driven drama. Like much of Tamaki's work, it is designed for a dedicated audience familiar with the established history of the Bund, prioritizing world-building and the resolution of long-standing narrative threads developed over nearly two decades.
