Fire in His Fingertips: A Flirty Fireman Ravishes Me with His Smoldering Gaze #3

Fire in His Fingertips, originally titled 'Yubisaki kara no Honki no Netsujou', began as a digital manga series by Tanishi Kawano in 2018. The series falls within the josei demographic, specifically the 'tl' or 'teens love' genre, which focuses on romantic and erotic narratives intended for adult women. This particular volume continues the serialized story of Ryo Fujihashi and her childhood friend Souma Mizuno, a firefighter whose intense demeanor drives the central romantic conflict.

The character designs and expressive, high-contrast art style are hallmarks of Kawano’s work in the genre, aimed at emphasizing the physical chemistry between the leads. The series gained significant enough popularity to be adapted into a short-form anime television series in 2019, which helped elevate the visibility of the manga volumes. Critics of the genre often note that while these works are structurally formulaic, they serve as a distinct example of contemporary digital-first manga trends that successfully transition into print media.
