Fukushū wo Koinegau Saikyō Yūsha wa, Yami no Chikara de Senmetsu Musō Suru #17

Fukushū wo Koinegau Saikyō Yūsha wa, Yami no Chikara de Senmetsu Musō Suru, known in English as The Strongest Brave Who Craves Revenge Extinguishes With the Power of Darkness, originated as a serialized light novel series written by Ononata Manimani. Following its successful digital debut, the series was adapted into a manga version illustrated by Tsukamoto Akira. The seventeenth volume of this manga adaptation continues the dark fantasy narrative, centering on the protagonist Keyarga and his systematic pursuit of vengeance against those who betrayed him.

The series is part of the popular 'isekai' and dark fantasy sub-genres that gained significant traction in the 2010s and 2020s. Tsukamoto's visual style emphasizes the visceral and gritty nature of the revenge plot, providing a stark contrast to more traditional heroic archetypes. As the series progressed into its seventeenth volume, it maintained its core audience by focusing on the escalated stakes of the conflict and the ongoing transformation of the protagonist, adhering to the standard tankōbon release format prevalent in the Japanese publishing industry.
