Generation X #7

Generation X #7 was published by Marvel Comics in August 1995 as part of an ongoing series centered on a new generation of mutant students at the Massachusetts Academy. The title was created by writer Scott Lobdell and artist Chris Bachalo, emerging during a period of significant expansion for the X-Men franchise. This specific issue served as the conclusion to the introductory arc, focusing on the team's dynamic as they navigated their developing powers under the tutelage of Banshee and Emma Frost.

The visual identity of the series was heavily defined by Chris Bachalo’s distinct, fluid, and highly stylized artwork, which distinguished Generation X from the more traditional superhero aesthetic of the time. The book was well-received for its blend of teenage angst and high-stakes action, capturing the cultural sensibility of the mid-1990s. The issue remains a notable entry in the series, maintaining the creative momentum established by the successful launch of the title the previous year.
