Idefix und die Unbeugsamen #9

Idefix und die Unbeugsamen, known internationally as Dogmatix and the Indomitables, is an animated series and associated comic spin-off derived from the iconic Asterix franchise. Created by René Goscinny and Albert Uderzo, the series shifts the focus to the faithful canine companion of Obelix. The ninth issue serves as an extension of this expansion, aimed at capturing the playful, adventurous spirit of the original Gaulish tales while providing accessible narratives for a younger audience.

The visual design of the series adheres to the aesthetic established by the classic Asterix graphic novels, maintaining the clean lines and expressive characterizations that have defined the franchise for decades. This specific iteration was developed to broaden the lore of Lutetia, the ancient setting of Paris. It has been received as a faithful homage to the legacy of the original creators, serving as a contemporary bridge between the classic European comic tradition and modern episodic storytelling.
