Il Giornalino #v. 81 no. 18

Il Giornalino is a long-running Italian weekly magazine for youth, published by the Society of St. Paul. Established in 1924, it was created with the intent to provide educational and moral guidance to young readers through a combination of articles and serialized comic strips. By the time of the 2013 issues, the publication had cemented its status as a staple of Italian cultural life, balancing traditional editorial values with modern graphic storytelling.

The design and content of Il Giornalino were overseen by a rotating cast of esteemed Italian illustrators and writers, with a focus on historical figures, adaptations of literary classics, and adventure narratives. The magazine was particularly noted for its clear, clean artistic style, which sought to maintain artistic integrity while remaining accessible to a younger audience. It was widely respected for its long-standing commitment to high-quality print media in an increasingly digital landscape.
