Isekai Yururi Kikou - Kosodate Shinagara Boukensha Shimasu #6

Isekai Yururi Kikou - Kosodate Shinagara Boukensha Shimasu, known in English as A Journey Through Another World: Raising Kids While Adventuring, began as a light novel series written by Shizuru Minazuki. The narrative centers on Kayano Takumi, who is accidentally killed by a god and reincarnated into a magical world, where he discovers two children in a forest and decides to raise them while working as an adventurer. The series is celebrated for its low-stakes, slice-of-life approach to the isekai genre, focusing more on domestic development and character bonding than traditional conflict.

The sixth volume continues the established art style defined by illustrator Yamayuwa, whose character designs emphasize a soft, approachable aesthetic that mirrors the gentle tone of the story. As part of a long-running series published under the AlphaPolis label, volume six represents the ongoing refinement of this world-building, maintaining consistent themes of family life amidst fantasy tropes. The series has generally been received well by fans of the 'iyashikei' or healing subgenre, who appreciate the lighthearted progression of Takumi's journey as a surrogate father.
