Let’s Make a Harem in a Zombie World! #2

Let’s Make a Harem in a Zombie World! (Isekai Meikyuu de Harem o) originated as a light novel series written by Shachi Sogano and illustrated by Shikidouji. The narrative follows a protagonist who gains the ability to navigate a labyrinthine world while building a harem, blending elements of dark fantasy and ecchi. The manga adaptation, illustrated by Issei Hyouju, began serialization in 2017 in Kadokawa's Monthly Shonen Ace to capture the popularity of the established light novel franchise.

The second volume of the manga adaptation continues the established aesthetic of the series, focusing on the character design sensibilities of Hyouju, who emphasizes detailed character art and environment world-building. As part of the broader Isekai subgenre, the work is characteristic of the mid-2010s trend of high-concept fantasy literature. It has received a focused reception from genre enthusiasts who gravitate toward the combination of survivalist horror tropes and harem-style character dynamics common in light novel adaptations of this era.
