Love is an Illusion! #1

Love is an Illusion! began as a popular webcomic created by the artist Fargo. It emerged from the thriving South Korean webtoon scene, serialized on platforms that popularized the omegaverse subgenre within the boys' love (BL) category. The series gained immediate traction due to its distinctive art style and its specific subversion of established genre tropes, focusing on the complex power dynamics between its primary characters.

The physical publication of the first issue represents a transition from digital serialization to print media, a common trajectory for successful webtoons seeking to provide fans with collectible editions. Fargo’s character designs are noted for their expressive, clean lines and emotive storytelling. Upon its release, the volume was well-received within its target demographic, solidifying the series' status as a foundational entry in contemporary adult webtoon literature.
