Nobunaga wo Koroshita Otoko: Nichirin no Demarcation #10

Nobunaga wo Koroshita Otoko: Nichirin no Demarcation is a historical manga series written by Akechi Kenzaburo and illustrated by Kujira Torigoe, serving as a reimagining of the life and political maneuvering of Akechi Mitsuhide. The series explores the dramatic events surrounding the Honno-ji Incident, where Oda Nobunaga was assassinated in 1582. This narrative focus aims to dissect the historical motivations and socio-political climate of the Sengoku period through a modern, analytical lens.

The series is noted for its meticulous research, largely driven by the perspective of Akechi Kenzaburo, who is a direct descendant of the historical Akechi Mitsuhide. Issue number 10 continues the serialized depiction of these events, maintaining the signature art style of Kujira Torigoe. The work is generally regarded as a bridge between traditional jidaigeki historical fiction and the contemporary manga medium, appealing to readers interested in Japanese history and the strategic complexities of the 16th century.
