Sabrina #35

Sabrina #35 was published in the late 1970s as part of the long-running Archie Comics imprint focused on Sabrina the Teenage Witch. At this point in the series' history, the title leaned heavily into the established formula of the late Silver Age and Bronze Age Archie aesthetic, blending lighthearted supernatural comedy with the quintessential suburban high school tropes that defined the publisher's output for decades.

The visual identity of this era relied on the house style common to Archie Comics, characterized by clean lines and expressive, accessible character models. While the writers and artists on the series during this period often remained uncredited in the tradition of the company's work-for-hire model, the creative direction was designed to maintain continuity and comfort for readers. The issue serves as a snapshot of a transitional period for the character, reflecting the era's modest shift toward more contemporary teen slang and fashion while keeping the familiar dynamics of Sabrina’s secret life in Greendale intact.
