Shinigami Kōshaku no Yatoware-Zuma ni Narimashita ga, Kodomotachi ga Kawaisugite Mainichi Shiawase Desu! #1

Shinigami Kōshaku no Yatoware-Zuma ni Narimashita ga, Kodomotachi ga Kawaisugite Mainichi Shiawase Desu! began as a light novel series before being adapted into a manga. The story follows a protagonist who enters into a contractual marriage with a grim reaper count, focusing on themes of found family and domestic life. This first volume introduces the central premise of the marriage arrangement and the protagonist's growing bond with the count’s children.

The character designs and illustrations for the series were crafted to reflect the gentle, whimsical nature of the narrative, balancing supernatural elements with a cozy aesthetic. As part of the modern wave of 'slow life' fantasy manga, the series has been well-received by readers who enjoy lighthearted romance and child-rearing tropes within a magical setting. The debut volume serves to establish the core dynamic of the household and the evolving relationship between the leads.
