Young Gangan #717

Young Gangan is a semimonthly seinen manga magazine published by Square Enix, which launched in 2004 to provide a home for mature, character-driven storytelling. Issue 717 serves as part of the magazine's long-running efforts to balance established hit series with new experimental works, reflecting the publication's commitment to diverse artistic voices within the modern Japanese manga landscape.

The aesthetic of the magazine is defined by high-contrast cover photography and dynamic graphic design that highlights its featured serialized works. Square Enix maintains a consistent editorial vision that prioritizes detailed, often cinematic illustration styles, which has helped the magazine maintain a distinct visual identity among its competitors in the seinen market since its inception.
