Inertia

Inertia, designated as LGS127, was released as part of the Local Game Store Promos program. These promotional materials were created to incentivize community engagement and support local brick-and-mortar hobby shops by providing unique, limited-distribution items that could not be obtained through standard retail booster packs. As a token card, its primary function is to serve as a physical representation of game states or auxiliary units during competitive play, emphasizing functional utility within the broader mechanical framework of the game.

The visual design of the LGS127 token follows the established aesthetic guidelines for promo materials, prioritizing clarity for the player while maintaining the thematic consistency of the card set. Like many entries in the Local Game Store series, the illustration was commissioned to highlight the distinct visual style of the game’s core artist pool. It was received by the player base as a collectible functional tool, prized primarily by tournament players and completionists seeking to elevate their gameplay experience with official, high-quality, and thematic components.
