Ironsong Response

Ironsong Response was originally released as part of the Welcome to Rathe set in 2019, serving as a foundational attack-reaction card for the Warrior class in the Flesh and Blood trading card game. It was designed to offer players a strategic way to push additional damage during combat, embodying the tactical, combat-focused philosophy of Legend Story Studios. The card highlights the game's core mechanic of using pitch resources to fuel reactions, establishing a standard for how Warriors interact during the attack chain.

The reprint in History Pack 1, released in 2022, was created to provide newer players with access to staple cards from the game's early lifecycle, ensuring that fundamental strategies remained viable in an evolving meta. The artwork, consistent with the Warrior aesthetic established by the game's art team, emphasizes the swift, precise nature of swordplay. Upon its introduction and subsequent re-release, the card has been consistently regarded by the community as a reliable, efficient common, valued for its utility in both limited and constructed formats.
