Where it came from
Released as part of the Pop! Games line, this figure captures Sora from Kingdom Hearts II during his time in the Nightmare Before Christmas-themed world, Halloween Town. The design reflects the game's unique aesthetic shift, featuring Sora in his specialized gothic, skeletal-inspired winter attire, complete with his signature oversized shoes and spiky hair, adapted into the standardized Funko vinyl silhouette.
The figure was produced to cater to the significant crossover fanbase between the long-running Kingdom Hearts series and the pop-culture ubiquity of Funko’s stylized collectibles. It arrived during a period of high demand for Square Enix merchandise and was designed to evoke the specific charm of the game's seasonal transformation, serving as a highly recognizable variant for collectors of the broader Kingdom Hearts series.
