Where it came from
The Ahsoka Tano LEGO magnet set, released under the product code 852353, appeared as part of a series of character-themed magnets sold by The LEGO Group during the late 2000s. These sets were designed to package a specific minifigure permanently onto a decorative plastic base, intended for display or use on metal surfaces. This particular release centered on the character Ahsoka Tano, capturing her appearance as seen in the early seasons of the Star Wars: The Clone Wars animated series.
The design of the minifigure follows the standard aesthetic established by LEGO for its Star Wars license, focusing on faithful replication of the character's unique lekku and facial markings. While the magnets were a popular way for fans to acquire individual figures, the permanent attachment of the minifigure to the brick base was a frequent point of discussion among adult collectors who preferred to display their characters separately. Despite this, the set remains a notable piece for those who collect Star Wars-themed merchandise from that era of the LEGO Group's expansion into character-focused accessories.
