Ghost Street

Ghost Street, set number 6644886-1, was released as part of the Hidden Side theme, an ambitious initiative from The LEGO Group that launched in 2019. The line was designed to bridge the gap between physical construction and digital play by integrating an augmented reality experience via a dedicated smartphone application. This set was conceptualized to capture a spooky, urban aesthetic, featuring a dynamic design that allowed builders to uncover hidden surprises within the model when viewed through the software.

The development of the Hidden Side series involved a dedicated design team focused on creating modular, detailed environments that functioned independently as high-quality display pieces. By incorporating elements like color-coded bricks that triggered digital events, the designers aimed to modernize the traditional building process. While the theme was praised for its aesthetic execution and unique play features, it eventually concluded its run, leaving behind a collection noted for its distinct, ghostly character designs and complex architecture.
