Where it came from
The Identity and Landscape Kit (2000415-1) was developed as an educational and corporate training tool designed to foster group communication and creative problem-solving. Created by the LEGO Group’s Serious Play division, the kit was intended for use in professional workshops where participants build physical models to represent abstract concepts, personal identities, or organizational structures, moving beyond traditional dialogue to facilitate deeper team insights.
The design philosophy behind the kit focuses on minimalism and tactile versatility, utilizing a curated selection of bricks and elements specifically chosen to inspire metaphoric thinking rather than literal architectural construction. It was produced as a specialized resource for certified LEGO Serious Play facilitators, emphasizing the accessibility of the medium as a neutral bridge for diverse groups to articulate complex internal and external landscape challenges within a structured professional environment.
