LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga

LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga, released in 2007, marked a significant expansion in the partnership between the LEGO Group and Lucasfilm. Building upon the success of the two individual LEGO Star Wars games, this title compiled the events of the original trilogy and the prequel trilogy into a single interactive experience. It was developed by Traveller's Tales and published by LucasArts, aiming to capture the humor and creative building mechanics that defined the LEGO aesthetic while expanding the scope of the narrative across all six films available at the time.

The design philosophy focused on accessibility, blending platforming challenges with the whimsical, non-verbal storytelling that became the hallmark of the LEGO video game series. By introducing new character abilities, levels, and expanded two-player cooperative play, the developers sought to refine the gameplay loops established in earlier iterations. The game was well-received by both critics and fans, praised for its charm and depth, and it remains a foundational entry in the broader LEGO gaming franchise, influencing the structure of many subsequent licensed titles.
