Ninja Fork Weapon

The Ninja Fork Weapon, included in the 851336-1 accessory set, was released in the early 2000s as part of the LEGO Ninjago-adjacent promotional offerings. It was designed to equip the burgeoning line of ninja-themed minifigures, serving as a specialized melee tool that reflected a growing interest in fantasy-inspired weaponry within the building system. The design focused on a sharp, trident-like silhouette, intended to be gripped easily by standard minifigure hands and to integrate seamlessly with the modular weaponry systems prevalent during that era of toy production.

The reception of this piece was rooted in its utility for custom building and roleplay. Because the set was a supplemental pack, it was marketed as a way for children to bolster their existing inventories with distinct, hard-to-find molded pieces rather than relying solely on standard brick builds. It stands today as a minor but representative artifact of the company's mid-2000s strategy to diversify the play patterns of their minifigure lines through targeted accessory releases.
