暗闇に灯りをともす 　　わたしたちの反戦 　コミックアンソロジー

This anthology, titled 'Lighting a Light in the Darkness: Our Anti-War,' was published in Japan as a reaction to contemporary geopolitical tensions and the growing concern among artists regarding the normalization of military conflict. Produced as a collaborative creative effort, it serves as a platform for various manga artists to express pacifist sentiments through the medium of short-form comics, seeking to challenge readers to reflect on the human cost of war rather than viewing it as a distant or abstract political event.

The volume features contributions from several creators, including Toono Hitonatsu, who utilize diverse visual styles ranging from stark, illustrative realism to soft, emotive character work. The editorial approach aimed to bridge the gap between heavy social commentary and the accessible nature of manga, positioning the book not as a singular political manifesto, but as an anthology of individual perspectives that prioritize empathy and civilian resilience in the face of institutional violence.
