A Digest of Indian Law Cases Containing High Court Reports and Privy Council Reports of Appeals from India 1910-1919, with an Index of Cases, Being a Supplement to the Consolidated Digest of Indian Law Cases, 1836-1909

This volume serves as a critical legal reference tool published to bridge the gap in colonial jurisprudence during the early 20th century. Compiled by Barada d'As Bose, the digest was designed to systematize the complex output of the Indian High Courts and the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council. It functions as a specialized supplement, extending the utility of the comprehensive Consolidated Digest of Indian Law Cases which covered the period from 1836 to 1909, by isolating the legal developments and precedents established between 1910 and 1919.
