Arabake! Arabaki Gungun Park

Arabake! Arabaki Gungun Park is a surreal comedy manga series by Usuta Kyousuke, created in the late 1990s. Usuta is widely recognized for his distinct brand of absurdist humor, which often subverts the conventions of the shonen genre. This work emerged during a period when the artist was refining the eccentric narrative style that would later define his more famous contributions to Weekly Shonen Jump.

The design of the series centers on bizarre character interactions and a relentless, non-sequitur comedic pacing. As a niche title in Usuta’s catalog, it serves as a testament to his unique artistic voice and his desire to challenge readers' expectations of traditional storytelling. While it did not reach the widespread mainstream popularity of his other works, it maintains a dedicated following among enthusiasts of Japanese avant-garde manga for its bold experimentation with form and tone.
