FAIRY TAIL: 100 Years Quest 3

Fairy Tail: 100 Years Quest, Volume 3, continues the official sequel series to Hiro Mashima's globally renowned Fairy Tail saga. Launched in 2018 as a digital-first collaboration between Mashima and artist Atsuo Ueda, the project was created to satisfy persistent fan demand for a direct continuation of the original narrative. Ueda provides the detailed linework while Mashima retains an active role as the storyboard artist and primary supervisor for the overarching plot, ensuring the sequel maintains the energetic spirit and character dynamics of the original manga.

This volume picks up the threads of the legendary mission that the guild's strongest mages initially deemed impossible, set immediately following the events of the final chapter of the first series. The design of the volume adheres to the standard tankobon format, characterized by dynamic cover art that highlights the series' emphasis on high-stakes fantasy combat and ensemble camaraderie. The release was met with enthusiasm from the existing fan base, serving as a testament to the enduring popularity of the Fairy Tail universe and the successful transition of the series into a long-form sequel format.
