Fukushuuki Laura ~Onee-sama wo Ikenie ni Shita Kono Kuni wa Mou Iranai~

Fukushuuki Laura ~Onee-sama wo Ikenie ni Shita Kono Kuni wa Mou Iranai~ is a fantasy light novel series written by Fuyutsuki Kouki. It emerged within the prolific Japanese web novel ecosystem, centering on the dark fantasy trope of vengeance. The narrative follows the protagonist, Laura, who seeks retribution against a kingdom that sacrificed her beloved elder sister, exploring themes of grief, betrayal, and political upheaval common to the seinen-targeted light novel subgenre.

The series design and aesthetic lean into the dramatic, high-stakes visual language typical of contemporary Japanese light novels. While the author Fuyutsuki Kouki provides the foundational world-building and character arcs, the project relies on specific illustrative styles to convey its grim tone. It was received as part of a wider wave of vengeance-themed literature that gained traction on platforms like Shousetsuka ni Narou before being curated for physical print publication.
