Where it came from
Lost in the Cloud is a popular South Korean webtoon written and illustrated by the artist Paskim. It first appeared on the Lezhin Comics platform, quickly gaining a dedicated following for its exploration of complex psychological themes, digital intimacy, and the intricacies of modern teenage relationships. The series is framed through the lens of a protagonist entangled in a web of obsession and identity, reflecting the anxieties of social media usage and the blurred lines between online personas and reality.
The art style is noted for its clean lines and atmospheric use of color to underscore the emotional states of the characters. Paskim’s narrative approach is often lauded for its slow-burn tension and character development, which moved the series beyond standard genre tropes. As a physical volume, this work serves as a curated collection of the webtoon’s chapters, designed to provide a permanent, tactile record of Paskim's digital narrative for enthusiasts who value the physical longevity of printed manhwa.
