Osananajimi de Akuma na Kishi wa, Watashi no koto ga Daikirai ~New Round~

Osananajimi de Akuma na Kishi wa, Watashi no koto ga Daikirai ~New Round~ is a light novel volume authored by Amino Hada. The work belongs to a genre of Japanese light fiction that explores complex, often fraught interpersonal dynamics through a fantasy lens, specifically focusing on the tension between childhood friends who find themselves in antagonistic roles. This volume continues the narrative arc established in the series, maintaining the author's signature style of blending character-driven emotional stakes with light fantasy elements.

The visual identity and world-building of this series are deeply influenced by contemporary Japanese light novel aesthetics, which prioritize expressive character designs to convey internal conflict. Amino Hada’s work in this series is noted for its focus on the 'tsundere' or rival-to-lovers trope, leaning into the volatile history of the main characters to drive the plot forward. It has been received as a niche entry within the broader romantic fantasy market, catering to readers who enjoy serialized character dramas that lean heavily into domestic and interpersonal friction.
