Programm des kais. kön. Obergymnasiums der Benediktiner zu Kremsmünster für das Schuljahr ...

The Programm des kais. kön. Obergymnasiums der Benediktiner zu Kremsmünster was published annually by the Benedictine monastery of Kremsmünster, Austria, as a record of the school's academic activities. These yearbooks served a dual purpose: they provided official documentation of the curriculum, faculty, and student statistics for the Austrian imperial education system, and they featured scholarly treatises on historical, scientific, or philological subjects written by the monks teaching at the gymnasium.

The design and content reflected the 19th-century tradition of the 'Schulprogramm,' a genre intended to showcase the intellectual rigor of Catholic monastic education. By contributing original research to these volumes, the Benedictine faculty aimed to maintain the status of the gymnasium as a serious center of learning. These publications are now valued by historians as repositories of local history and pedagogical evolution within the Austro-Hungarian Empire.
