Radiata Stories - The Epic of Jack

Radiata Stories - The Epic of Jack is a manga adaptation based on the 2005 role-playing video game Radiata Stories, developed by tri-Ace for the PlayStation 2. Published in the mid-2000s, this series was created to expand the narrative world of the game, offering fans a supplementary perspective on the journey of the protagonist, Jack Russell, as he navigates the complex political and social tensions between the human kingdom of Radiata and the non-human races.

The adaptation was illustrated by Yuka Fujikawa, whose art style was chosen to translate the game's distinctive character designs into a sequential storytelling format. Fujikawa focused on capturing the lighthearted yet increasingly serious tone of the original game, aiming to flesh out the interactions between Jack and his companions. Upon its release, the manga was received primarily by the existing player base as a commemorative companion piece, valued for its visual interpretation of the game's iconic locations and character dynamics.
