Ruolo del personale di prima categoria

The Ruolo del personale di prima categoria was produced by the Italian Ministry of Post and Telecommunications during the mid-20th century. It served as an official administrative register, meticulously detailing the staffing structure, hierarchies, and personnel classifications within Italy's national postal and telecommunications network. These volumes were functional tools of the bureaucracy, designed to standardize organizational management and maintain clear accountability for civil servants operating within one of the nation's most vital public utility sectors.

The design of these registers is strictly utilitarian, reflecting the formal aesthetic of Italian government documentation of the era. The layout emphasizes clarity and readability, utilizing rigid formatting to accommodate the vast data required for ministerial record-keeping. While not intended as a public-facing design piece, the volume serves as a significant historical artifact for researchers interested in the evolution of Italian public administration, labor regulations, and the institutional infrastructure that supported national communications during a period of industrial modernization.
