Toshi Densetsu Kaitai Center: Another Record

Toshi Densetsu Kaitai Center: Another Record emerged from the experimental multimedia landscape curated by Shueisha Games, intended to expand the reach of their urban legend-themed intellectual property. Designed to function as a companion piece or supplementary volume to the main series, this record serves as an analytical deep dive into the lore and world-building mechanics that define the franchise, offering readers a glimpse into the internal logic of the series' supernatural investigative bureau.

The editorial direction emphasizes a clinical, almost archival aesthetic, mirroring the professional tone of the fictional organization depicted in the series. It was crafted to appeal to fans who prefer intricate world-building and character history over traditional narrative progression. Upon its release, it was well-received by the niche community surrounding Shueisha's transmedia projects, praised for its commitment to maintaining the atmospheric tension and consistent tone established in the original works.
