X-Men Red (2022) T02: Une tempête à l'horizon

X-Men Red (2022) Volume 2, titled Une tempête à l'horizon, is part of a celebrated relaunch of the X-Men franchise spearheaded by writer Al Ewing. This volume collects issues of the series that focus on the political machinations of the mutant nation Arakko, situated on Mars. Following the events of the Judgment Day crossover, the narrative explores the high-stakes power struggles between Storm, Magneto, and their adversaries, solidifying the series' reputation for complex world-building and character-driven drama.

The series design and writing by Al Ewing were widely praised for elevating mutant cosmic mythology, building upon the foundations laid by Jonathan Hickman. The art featured in this volume, primarily by Stefano Caselli and others, complements Ewing's dense, Shakespearean approach to mutant politics. It was received as a critical standout within the Destiny of X era, often highlighted for its sophisticated exploration of leadership and the burden of utopia.
